Who We Hire
As a firm rule, we hire teachers first for their character, then second for their giftedness in teaching.
Why do we do this?
Our first desire is to transform the hearts of children to know and love Jesus Christ, and from that to desire to learn everything their wise teachers teach them.
This is best done through teachers and staff who exemplify a heart in love with Jesus. Through the depth of their heart, they should have a natural desire move the hearts of children to trust, get their joy from, and to obey Jesus Christ. And because they love Jesus, they seek to be the best educator and teach children all the wonders of academics.
